Questions about pricing
Does the free plan expire?
No. There is no card, no countdown and no feature gate. You get the full platform — hardware register, SBOM ingest, findings, VEX, licence policy, evidence packs and the audit trail — on the same build our enterprise customers run.
Where is the line between personal and business use?
Personal means your own devices and your own projects. Once a colleague depends on the register, or it starts backing an audit your organisation is subject to, you are into enterprise territory and should talk to us.
Why is there no enterprise price on the page?
The shape of the deployment drives it: the size of your estate, your release cadence, how much history you keep, and who runs it day to day. We scope against those and quote. A list price would be a guess, and you would end up renegotiating it.
What are the service commitments?
Support severities, maintenance windows and escalation paths form part of an enterprise agreement and are written into it. We do not publish an availability figure yet; the platform runs without redundancy today, and that number will appear here first when it is real. The free plan carries no commitments at all.
How do I get access?
Sign in. Anyone who can authenticate gets their own workspace immediately — no conversation, no waiting list, no card. Your workspace is yours alone: nobody else can see it, and it carries the whole platform within the fair-use limits above.
Can I get my data out?
Any time. SBOMs come back as CycloneDX, the estate as a single document, evidence packs as JSON, HTML or PDF, and the complete audit log through the API. Nothing is deleted underneath you: retirement and disposal are recorded states, so the history survives.
